After several months of hard work, Latin Lex, together with other legal teams, has successfully completed its advisory services for Theramex – an English pharmaceutical company – to access the Brazilian market through the acquisition of a local company.  It has been an awesome challenge for the whole team.  In this sense, we would like to acknowledge Elena Sergeeva’s leading skills within Theramex; the professionalism and preciseness of Alberto Mori, from Gaia Silva Gaede Advogados in Brazil; and the pragmatism of the team of Fukuma Advogados.  It has been a pleasure to work with all of you.  Best wishes for Theramex in Brazil.
